Our Emerald Gymnastics Class is for gymnasts who have mastered the skills in Ruby Classes, or have prior gymnastics experience or basic skills mastered. Emerald will expand on the basic skills and introduce higher level skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and tumbling trampoline. Emerald Gymnastics will also introduce basic floor dance, strength development and flexibility.
